The Arboretum of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University was identified as having a distribution of peatlands in it. This research aims to determine the distribution of peatlands in the Arboretum and the characteristics of the peatlands, namely; thickness, maturity, water level, and topography whose data is presented in map form. The method used is a terrestrial survey method, sampling using a grid method and data collection using a drone. The survey data was processed using Microsoft Excel (version 19), Agisoft Metashape and Arcgis 10.8 software. From the research results, it was found that the peatland distribution area in the Arboretum was 12.19 Ha, the depth criteria were predominantly medium (100-200 cm) with an area of 7.56 Ha, the maturity criteria were predominantly hemic with an area of 6.44 Ha, the vegetation topography in the arboretum's peatlands on average, it has a height of 23-37 meters above sea level and is dominated by gelam vegetation.
