Implementation of the village development program is a routine activity held by the village government in order to make village development more advanced. This research aims to determine organizations in implementing development programs and the forms of social networks created in these activities. The benefits of this research are as a contribution to social and political science, as a reading reference and as an investigation for further research. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research was obtained through primary data and secondary data using interview techniques with 15 informants. The results of this research are that every organization involved in implementing development program activities can be active and always participate in these activities, the social network that exists in each organization runs well, and there are obstacles. There are three social networks, namely the interest network, the sentiment network, and the power network. Sentiment-laden social networks are the ones most widely used in implementing development programs in Ulak Petangisan Village. Key Words: Organization, social network, development
