PENGGUNAAN ELEKTRONIK LAPORAN KINERJA (E-LAPKIN) PADA BAGIAN KERJA SAMA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine the use of Electronic Performance Reports (E-Lapkin) in the Cooperation Section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat. This research was motivated by the fact that before the implementation of the E-Lapkin application, employee performance reports were still done manually. The theory used by researchers is the information system success model theory according to DeLone & McLean (2003), there are 6 dimensions, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include interviews, documentation and observation. Based on the research conducted, the results can be obtained that the use of electronic performance reports (E-Lapkin) in the Cooperation Section of the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City has provided benefits, namely that the E-lapkin application makes daily performance reporting of civil servants faster and easier, increasing activity employee performance, then the use of E-Lapkin as a way to assess employee quality in providing additional employee income.
