This research is titled "Communication Strategies of General and Affairs Personnel in Improving Employee Discipline." The aim of this study is to understand the communication strategies employed by General and Affairs Personnel in enhancing discipline. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and is guided by Anwar Arifin's Communication Strategy Theory, which is divided into four dimensions: understanding the audience, composing messages, determining methods, and selecting media usage. Understanding the audience by General and Affairs Personnel is achieved by actively playing a role in conveying communication strategies to gain an understanding of the audience's thought patterns and experiences. This is done by using easily understandable language acquired through a personalized approach. Message composition involves the use of symbolic or sign- oriented messages and stimulating the communicant's personal needs through empathetic means. Method determination includes the repetitive or redundant delivery of communication strategies and the use of educational methods to modify communicants' behavior. The selection and use of media involve social media, verbal communication, and general media such as collective labor agreement (PKB)
