Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 has changed the course of Finnish foreignpolicy. When Finland becomes a full member of NATO, it will participate in NATO'scollective defence planning in accordance with the North Atlantic Treaty. In this regard,Finland abandons its previous position as a militarily non-aligned country. Finland'sdecision to join NATO represents a major shift in Finnish national interests. Therefore, theresearcher uses Neorealism Theory and K.J. Holsti's Concept of National Interest to findout Finland's national interests. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptiveanalysis techniques that will describe the interests of Finland in joining the North AtlanticTreaty Organization (NATO) membership. Based on the research results obtained, Finlandjoined NATO membership motivated by several national interests; (1) Core objectives in theform of national security which is realized by Finland's participation in collective defense,(2) Middle range goals in the form of regional domination which is realized in the NATOEnlargement program, and (3) Long range goals in the form of international peace andsecurity in accordance with Article I and Article 2 of the North Atlantic Treaty Keywords: Accession, Collective Defence, Finland, K..
