PENGARUH KESADARAN SOSIAL TERHADAP KEPATUHAN BADAN USAHA SWASTA PADA JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL DI BPJS KESEHATAN KANTOR CABANG LUBUKLINGGAU
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of social awareness on the presence of private business entities in the National Health Insurance at BPJS Health Lubuklinggau. There are Business Entities (BU) that have not registered their workers as JKN participants and report workers when they enter or leave the Company, whether they are micro or macro businesses. In Indonesia, many companies do not understand or play, and do not even know how to give their workers or laborers the right to health and BPJS, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance. Business entities' compliance with registering for JKN-KIS membership will help accelerate efforts to achieve UHC, which has currently reached 83.9% of the target of 98%. Through the quantitative method, researchers measured the relationship between the variables studied using a Likert scale interval of 1-4. Researchers carried out data analysis using statistical tools in the form of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.1.0, with 76 respondents. The research results show that variable X (social awareness) has a significant effect on variable Y (compliance) with a T statistic of 5.245 (P value 0.000).
