This research aims to explain the impact of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) by AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank) on the Mandalika Project in Indonesia. The Research began with the emergence of Foreign Direct Investment through Multilateral Development Banks such as AIIB which then had an impact on infrastructure development in countries including Indonesia. This research uses the theory of Foreign Direct Investment by Feldstein and Krugman. In Foreign Direct Investment there are 3 FDI facilities provided by the home country to the host country, including Technology Transfer, Labor Training, and Economic Growth. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method because the data used is mostly in the form of sentences, words, and phrases. The data obtained in this research uses secondary data, including books, articles, journals, news websites, and official documents. The research results show that the 3 FDI facilities have had a positive impact in that the FDI carried out by AIIB has increased infrastructure development in the Mandalika SEZ, reduced the number of unemployed in the NTB region, and increased economic growth both on a global and local scale. However, with this increase, the Indonesian government must still be alert to the potential for debt traps and pay attention to environmental damage that occurs during development.
