AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN SURAT PERINTAH PERJALANAN DINAS (SPPD) DI INSPEKTORAT DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The Sumatera Provincial District Inspectorate is often faced with a number of complex challenges related to the management of the Service Travel Orders (SPPD) which focus on the reporting of service travel accountability and the oversight of the budget of the service, resulting in the performance of the officers, so it needs to be improved. In addition, the complicated SPPD approval process, often involving various stages of agreement and conditions, can impede the smooth execution of official duties. The objective of this research is to investigate in depth and analytically the complexity of the Management of Service Travel Orders (SPPD) in the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province, which guides the Government of South Sumatera Governor's Regulation No. 5 Year 2021 on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Service Travel in the Environment of the Governor of South sumatra Province using qualitative research methods. The benefit of this research is that it can add knowledge, understanding and insight in the scope of studies of government, management and public administration. As for the results of this research, it is to provide improvements in the process of managing the Service Travel Order Letter (SPPD) as long as it can improve the performance of the staff and the future organizational performance.
