PERUBAHAN ORGANISASIONAL DINAS PERIKANAN SEBAGAI KONSEKUENSI DARI PERATURAN BUPATI NOMOR 284 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG SUSUNAN ORGANISASI TUGAS DAN FUNGSI DINAS PERIKANAN KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN
Organizational change is the process of changing the state of an organization from the current state to the desired future with the aim of increasing organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to see how organizational changes in the Fisheries Service occur, how planning, implementation, and the impact of these organizational changes. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Through interviews with several informants, data were analyzed using Kurt Lewin's theory of organizational change which consists of unfreezing, movement, and refreezing dimensions. The results of this study indicate that the organizational changes of the Fisheries Service based on Regent Regulation Number 284 of 2021 concerning the Organizational Structure of Duties and Functions of the Fisheries Service of Musi Banyuasin Regency have reached the good category. At the stage of implementing the changes, employees of the Fisheries Service had experienced a decline in performance, but this did not last long because of efforts to suppress employee integrity. On the other hand, the Fisheries Service has met other indicators in implementing changes ranging from reducing resistance factors to stabilizing the change itself.
