KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) DI BAGIAN PROTOKOL DAN KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Protocol & Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat Leadership of Palembang City. There are employee deficiencies and obstacles in working that affect the achievement of employee performance (ASN) in the Leadership Protocol & Communication Section. This research was analyzed using Simanjuntak's (2014: 108) theory of performance indicators, namely quantity, quality and timeliness. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that the performance of ASN employees in the Leadership Protocol & Communication Section does not support the achievement of optimal work results. Lack of facilities for carrying out employee work, imbalance in work which shifts the workload to other employees, and employees who do not comply with working hours regulations. So it is necessary to make efforts to improve facilities to support employee work and monitor employee work implementation. Kata Kunci: Performance, Evaluation, Employees
