An issue is an event that occurs both internally and externally. Issues can be something that can damage the image of an organization or company. Therefore, Public Relations of PT INKA Persero has management in analyzing and finding out news that is spread related to PT INKA Persero. The aim of this research is to determine the management of PT INKA Persero's public relations issues in the case of the failed trial of the Makassar-Parepare train route. This research uses issue management theory according to Chase and Jones using qualitative research methods that collect data by conducting interviews, and documentation. The results of this research illustrate issue management, issue analysis, strategy choice, program implementation, and evaluation. However, in the issue analysis stage, PT INKA Persero has not made it any easier due to lack of resources. Keywords: Issues, Issue Management, Public Relations, PT INKA Persero.
