This research is entitled "The Impact of the Implementation of the E-Sumsel Application at the Bureau of Development Administration of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province". As for the problems found during the four-month internship, it appears that employees still use the manual system in the process of administering incoming letters and outgoing letters. Therefore, this study aims to determine changes before and after the application of the e-sumsel application. The theory of impact uses Dunn's theory. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is a difference in impact before and after the implementation of the E-Sumsel application. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to all ASN and Non ASN employees totaling 43 employees. Hypothesis testing using the t statistical test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences before and after the application of the e-sumsel application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the dimension of benefits, there are indicators with the highest difference in the impact after the application of the e-sumsel application, namely facilitating coordination between regional apparatus organizations, previously 39.8% to 93.3% after the application of the e-sumsel application, Furthermore, in the indicator of reducing the workload of employees manually, experienced an increase previously 55.4% increased to 92.2%, and in the indicator of increasing efficiency in the administrative process also experienced an increase in weight previously 48.0% to 92.4% after the application of the e-sumsel application. However, there is also the lowest average value on the indicator of accessing information without interruption or obstacles, previously 45.1% to 70.6% after implementation, and also on the indicator of facilitating the process of incoming letters and outgoing letters, previously 45.3% to 71.1% after the application of e-sumsel application. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the features of the e-sumsel application and apply it properly in accordance with the usefulness of the e-sumsel application.
