This study aims to determine the news framing of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka on Detik.com in the August-October 2023 period. The analysis was conducted on 10 news articles published by Detik.com. The object of the research was news about the Prabowo-Gibran presidential and vice-presidential pair. This research uses a critical paradigm with a qualitative research approach and Robert N. Entman's framing device as a data analysis technique. The result is that there is tendentious reporting by Detik.com in reporting the Prabowo-Gibran pair. The frames highlighted by Detik.com are forms that imply support for the Prabowo-Gibran pair so that they can convince and lead the audience's perception of this pair. Referring to the process of reality construction and event framing, Detik.com's reporting did not heed journalistic rules, such as requiring balance and accuracy. This finding further proves that the media is not completely neutral in reporting an issue. This is due to several factors, such as the ideology adopted by each media, the influence of media ownership, and the deliberateness of the media in constructing reality to further influence public opinion in accordance with the will of the media.
