The demands of the people who demand government services to the government so as to issue all kinds of innovations. In response to this, the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office issued an innovative Death Certificate Package, as explained, so the author wants to study "Innovation of Death Certificate Package Services at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office". This theory uses the theory of innovation attributes by Everett M. Rogers which can determine the acceptance of innovations, namely Relative Advantage, Suitability, Complexity, Testability, and Ease of Observation. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by conducting interviews, documentation and observation of PAKAM by using a technology system to help citizens take care of death certificates without physical presence, increase service affordability and provide innovative solutions to overcome geographical barriers and speed up the administrative process with an optimal level of effectiveness without eliminating manual services. Based on the analysis previously described, it can be concluded that the PAKAM innovation at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office has been running well.Based on the analysis of observations, interviews and data obtained from the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office, it shows that the death certificate package innovation service is in accordance with the applicable SOPs but there are still some obstacles faced.
