ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN APLIKASI INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE SYSTEM (INTENSE) DI KEMENTERIAN KEUANGAN KANTOR WILAYAH DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PERBENDAHARAAN (KANWIL DJPB) PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out how the Integrated Performance System ( Intense ) Application Management at the Ministry of Finance Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury ( DJPb ) South Sumatra Province is reviewed from its performance . The research theory uses Management Theory or Management according to George R. Terry . The method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods . The research techniques used are observation , interviews and documentation The results of the research can be concluded that the Integrated Performance System ( Intense ) Application Management at the Ministry of Finance Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury ( DJPb ) South Sumatra Province has been implemented. The use of the DJPb Intense application has improved the quality of employee performance management. Before implementing the application, management of employee performance documents was carried out through manual archiving. The recommendations from the research are that socialization needs to be carried out every quarter , especially to ensure that the latest Intense application updates or changes are conveyed to all employees, system improvements are needed and ensure that the PIC in each field provides early reminders and punishments to employees for inputting performance documents into the system.
