EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI (RTLH) DI KOTA PRABUMULIH
The Uninhabitable House Development Program (RTLH) in Prabumulih City is one of the efforts made by the Mayor of Prabumulih to reduce the poverty rate in Prabumulih City. This research was conducted to determine and evaluate the Uninhabitable House Development Program (RTLH) in Prabumulih City which was carried out by the Prabumulih City Housing and Settlement Area Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using data analysis techniques according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana. This research uses Stufflebeam's (1966) evaluation model theory with four variables, namely context, input, process, and product. The results of this research indicate that the Uninhabitable House Development Program (RTLH) in Prabumulih City has been running quite optimally. However, there are also several things that have not run optimally in the Uninhabitable House Development Program (RTLH) in Prabumulih City.
