The Head of the Palembang City Branch of the Indonesian Hindu Dharma Student Union (KMHDI) is one of the organizations in which there is organizational communication and organizational communication patterns in achieving its goals. This research aims to find out how organizational communication patterns are implemented in the PC KMHDI Palembang City organization from the two models of communication patterns, namely the wheel and circle model and the five directions of information flow, namely downward, upward, horizontal, cross-channel, informal, personal or grapevine communication. . The theory used in this research is the theory of Organizational Communication Patterns proposed by Pace & Faules. Data was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews and observations, taking necessary organizational documents and visual documentation. The results of this research show that the direction of information flow in the PC KMHDI Palembang City organization is going quite well and the organizational communication patterns that are running use different Organizational Communication Patterns according to the situation or according to the conditions that are currently occurring, so that more than one pattern is found, namely the pattern wheel and circle communication. In implementing organizational communication carried out by PC KMHDI Palembang, special attention must be paid and good communication between leaders and members is needed in order to create good organizational communication and make it easier to achieve common goals.
