PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING & TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PEGAWAI DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of employees at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS 23 software with data analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, t tests, and F tests. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servants at DPMPTSP South Sumatra Province with a sample size of 75 respondents obtained by incidental sampling method. This sample calculation uses the slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires offline with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the t test value of X1 on Y is 4.953, meaning that there is an influence and significant between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The t test value of X2 on Y is 5.893, meaning that there is an influence and significant between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The F test value of X1 and X2 on Y is 21.005, meaning that knowledge sharing and transformational leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on innovative work behavior.
