This research aims to find out how E-GovQual works in the Online Single Submission – Risk Based Approach (OSS – RBA) in the South Sumatra Province Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP). This is because in its implementation there are still problems encountered with OSS – RBA, such as public awareness of OSS – RBA as a licensing processing platform, as well as complaints about disturbances on the OSS – RBA site. The theory used in this research is the E-Goverment Service Quality (E-GovQual) theory by Papadomichelaki & Mentzas, which measures E-Government Service Quality through four dimensions, namely (1) Efficiency, (2) Trust, (3) Reliability, (4) Citizen Support. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires, field observations, and secondary sources such as journals and books which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results show that the quality of OSS-RBA services at DPMPTSP South Sumatra is of good quality with a score of 98%. The conclusion of this research is that the OSS - RBA site and assistance from the South Sumatra Province One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service are of high quality with good service to business actors. BKPM and the Ministry of Investment can further improve server quality to prevent disruption to the OSS – RBA access network. Keywords: electronic, government, service, quality
