PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KELURAHAN BERUGE ILIR KABUPATEN EMPAT LAWANG
The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance at the Beruge Ilir sub-district office, Empat LawingRegency. The problem in this rescarch is "Does organ izational calture have asignificant effect on employee performance?" This type of research is a deseriptiveand quantitative approach, with a population of all employees of the Beruge llirsubdistrict office, Empat Lawang Regency. The sample used in this research was 23employees of the Beruge Ilir sub-district office, Empat Lawang Regency. Thisresearch uses primary data sources and dath collection through distributingquestionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research was instrument testing(validity and reliability test), simple linear regression analysis test, t test andcoefficient of determination test (R2) The results of this research show thatorganizational culture variables can explain employec performance by 65.9%,meaning that employce performance is explained by organizational culture variables,while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other factors. Based on the researchresults, it has becn found that organizational culture has a positive and significantinfluence on employce performance at the Beruge llir sub-district office, EmpatLawang Regency Kata Kunci: organizational culture, employce performance
