Kotaku Program is a national program owned by the PUPR ministry that aims to solve urban slums. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Kotaku Program in Sub-district 29 Ilir. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The stages of data analysis techniques carried out are: data condensation, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Kotaku Program in the arrangement of residential areas carried out by BPPW South Sumatra in Sub-district29 Ilir has been successful although there are some obstacles. However, the awareness of the surrounding community in the care and maintenance of building facilities is still low.
