EVALUASI PROGRAM KERAMBA JARING APUNG (KJA) SESERA DI PULAU KEMARO OLEH PT PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA PALEMBANG
This research was motivated by the low income and quality of life of the people on Kemaro Island, the lack of income can be seen from the majority of people in this area do not have permanent jobs, and other social problems such as low health conditions. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Through the collection of primary and secondary data, this research analyzes whether the program is good or bad and to what extent the program has succeeded in achieving the goal of increasing community income. This research uses the theory of the CIPP evaluation model according to Stufflebeam (2003) with 4 variables Context, Input, Process, and Product. The results of the research that has been done that the implementation of the Floating Net Cage (KJA) program on Kemaro Island has had a good impact but in its implementation it is still not optimal.
