STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN MOTOR BEKAS MELALUI FACEBOOK (STUDI DESKRIPTIF KUALITATIF PADA GROUP FACEBOOK FORUM JUAL BELI MOTOR BEKAS DI BATURAJA)
Research on used motorcycle marketing communication strategies on Facebook is expected to provide clear information to all readers about the importance of mar- keting communications for the survival of a business, especially in attracting con- sumer interest and being ready to face competition with other competitors. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the communication strategy for marketing used motorcycles is through Facebook. The main theory used is the theory of STP and Social Media Marketing. The research method used is descrip- tive qualitative method. Data collection techniques by conducting in-depth and observation. The sources in this study were from internal and external forum groups buying and selling used motorbikes. The data obtained from the subjects of this study were analyzed using data analysis techniques, while for data trust techniques using source triangulation. The results of this study are that sellers on Facebook have succeeded in making marketing communication strategies.
