Occupational Health and Safety is an effort to protect workers and individuals in the vicinity of the workplace from occupational accidents and support the improvement of workshop or company productivity. This study aims to investigate the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in welding workshops in the BPR Ranau Tengah District. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques of observation and interviews. The study was conducted in three welding workshops in the Buay Pematang Ribu (BPR) Ranau Tengah District. The results of this study indicate limitations in the provision and utilization of personal protective equipment, overall Occupational Health and Safety conditions, and workers knowledge limited to personal protective equipment. The conclusion of this study is that the three welding workshops in the BPR Ranau Tengah District exhibit a relatively low level of implementation of Occupational Health and Safety.
