STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PERSUASIF MARKETING OFFICER BANK SUMSEL BABEL DALAM MENARIK MINAT DEBITUR PROGRAM KUR (STUDI PADA BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG KAPTEN A. RIVAI)
This study aims to determine the persuasive communication strategy of the marketing officer of the Sumsel Babel bank, Captain A Rivai branch, Palembang city. This study uses qualitative research methods, research data from primary data through in-depth interviews with the head of the marketing division officer of Bank Sumsel Babel and staff marketing officer of Bank Sumsel Babel, drawing key informants through literature, photos or drawings, documentation, based on the results of research analysis have been obtained in the field, indicating that the Persuasive Communication Strategy marketing officer of Bank Sumsel Babel banag Captain A. Rivai Palembang city is appropriate and fulfills all three dimensions according to the theory of persuasive communication strategies expressed by Melvin L. Defleur & Sandra J.
