STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT BUKAKA TEKNIK UTAMA TBK DALAM MENINGKATKAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN MELALUI PROGRAM BOGOR EDUCARE
As one of the companies engaged in the construction industry in Bogor City, PT Bukaka Teknik Utama must have various kinds of efforts to survive in the midst of intense competition in the industrial world. This research looks at the CSR communication strategy efforts made by PT Bukaka Teknik Utama in improving the company's image through the Bogor EduCARE program as one of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama's flagship CSR programs by implementing the stages of the CSR Communication Strategy Theory, Ujang Rusdianto (2013). This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to find out how the CSR communication strategy carried out by PT Bukaka Teknik Utama. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The result of this research is PT Bukaka Teknik Utama implements communication in accordance with 6 important elements in CSR Communication Strategy Theory which is considered successful in efforts to improve the company's image marked by increasing the number of BEC program participants every year.
