Sleep disonders in somcone on hemodialyais is one of the casses of decreased quality of life and riggers poor sleep quality for dferers. In line with the process of sieep disorders can affect the body both pkysiologically, prychologically and physically. To reduce the probiem of sleep pattern disorders can be done with nonpharmacological therapy, namely sleep lygiene therapy and instrumenial music therapy without causing side effects for sufferers The purpose of this case shady is to apply nursing care comprehensively by providing sleep lygiene therapy and instrumental music therapy to overcome sleep pattern disorders in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. The method used in this case study is a case study approach method by focusing on one ohject raised as a case to be studied in depth so as to be able to get mirsing problems and be able to analyze the implementation of nursing care The results of the case study showed that the three managed patients had the same complaint namely sleep patiern disturbances such as difficulty sleeping at night and often avake at night. Interventions that can be done in mursing problems with sleep pattern disorders are sleep support such as providing sleep hygiene therapy accompanied by listening to instrumental music. Within three days of implementing mursing, complaints of difficulty sieeping and freguent wakefuluess on the morning became reduced Resnits were obtained before being given sieep pattern therapy, the three managed patients were in category I which was bad, after being given therapy, the third sleep pattern of managed patients increased in the calegory meaning it was quite improved and 5 which meant it was improving. The conclusion of this case study is that the management of sleep pattern disorders by providing sleep support such as providing sleep hygiene therapy and instrumental music therapy can improve the patient's sleep pattern to he good Keywords: Sleep poutern dizorders, sleep hygiene therupy, instrumenial music therupy
