The background of this research is the lack of an administrative system in the Binjai Village Head Leadership so that they do not have a written report on each program carried out so that the village head is rated as less than optimal in his leadership. The goal to be achieved is to know the Leadership Style of the Village Head Binjai, East Kikim District, Lahat Regency. This study uses the theory of leadership style according to Kurt Lewin which consists of three dimensions, namely authoritarian, democratic, and Laissez-Faire leadership styles. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used are based on primary data sources and secondary data that are relevant to the problem under study. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques used data reduction, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style of the village head of Binjai, East Kikim sub-district, Lahat district applies a democratic leadership style.
