This research is entitled “Evaluation of the Electronic-Based Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) Program in Community Poverty Alleviation in Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency”. The purpose of this research is to identify the success of the implementation of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) Program to alleviate community poverty. The research background is triggered by issues in the implementation of BPNT Program, including uneven distribution of assistance for poor families and problems in the form of zero balance in Card for Family Welfare (KKS) of KPM. It is a descriptive-qualitative research using data collection techniques of interview, observation, and documentation. The informants were determined using purposive sampling technique. This research used the theory of evaluation proposed by William Dunn which has six criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The result of this research showed that in general, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) Program was implemented quite well but it had not been carried out optimally. It was seen from the effective distribution of food assistance to reduce poor families’ burden in order to meet their daily food needs. However, there were problems in its implementation, including uncertain scheduling regarding the distribution of assistance to KPM, uneven distribution, and low quality of food. Based on these findings, this research suggests the implementing officials to make improvements, for instance to be more discipline in ensuring the schedule of distribution of assistance. In addition, Social Office of Central Lampung Regency should periodically improve and update KPM data on DTKS system, as well as conduct direct supervision on the quality of food sold by electronic warong (e-warong) agencies.
