This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Employee Retirement Readiness at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique. The sampling technique is to use a purposive sampling method in which the sample is Civil Servant at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province aged 40 years and over with a total of 66 people. Data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires with a Likert measurement scale. The results of the study show that Financial Literacy and Lifestyle both have a significant effect on Employee Retirement Readiness at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra.
