Comprehensive economic cooperation carried out by Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates, which examines Indonesia's national interests in the Indonesia-United Arab Emirates Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IUAE-CEPA) cooperation. The purpose of this research is to analyze Indonesia's interests in Indonesia-United cooperation Arab Emirates Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IUAE-CEPA). In this research, the framework used to analyze Indonesia's interests is the theory of national interests. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The author obtains data through secondary data obtained through indirect sources such as data in books, journals, reports and websites. The results of the analysis using the theory of national interests are that Indonesia has several national interests, namely economic interests, security interests, world order interests and ideological interests. In its economic interests, Indonesia is trying to increase trade in goods, exchange services, and increase investment flows from the UAE to enter Indonesia and vice versa. In the interests of security, Indonesia and the UAE cooperate in cooperation in the defense industry and procurement of military equipment. In the interests of the world order, the geoeconomics and geopolitics of the UAE is one of the non-traditional export markets which has become an international trade hub to market destinations in the Middle East, Africa and Europe and the IUAE-CEPA cooperation and strengthens the economic and political relations between Indonesia and the UAE. Meanwhile in the interest of ideology, defense cooperation in sharing information on the prevention and countermeasures of radicalism.
