This development research aims to develop and produce Busy Board learning media with the theme I love the earth for children aged (4-5) years in PAUD Permata Bunda, Kalidoni District, Palembang City, which has been tested for validity and practicality. The research model used in this research is the Rowntree development model which consists of three stages, namely Planning, Development, and Evaluation the evaluation stage uses Tessmer formative evaluation with the Self Review, Expert Review, One-to-One Evaluation, and Small Group Evaluation stages. Walkthrough data collection techniques, interviews, and observations using checklist sheets. The research results showed that the percentage results based on material validity was 97% and media assessment was 97.5%. So the average percentage results from material validation and media validation were obtained at 97.25% with a very valid category. It is said to be valid because it is in the range (82- 100%) in terms of content and material. The results of the one-to-one trial stage involving 3 children obtained a percentage of 87% and the small group trial stage involving 9 children obtained a percentage of 84%. From these results, the product received an average of 86% in the very practical category because it is in the practicality range (82- 100%) in terms of educational, technical, and aesthetic aspects. It can be concluded that the busy board learning media with the theme I love the earth for children aged (4-5) years is declared to be very valid and practical for children.
