This research aims to develop spin wheel game media for group B children in Raflessia PAUD, Pangkalan Lampam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency that is valid and practical. The method used in this research is R&D with the Rowntree development model in three stages, namely the planning, development and evaluation stages. The evaluation stage uses the Tessmer Formative evaluation model which consists of the Self Evaluation, Expert Review, One-To-One Evaluation and Small Group Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques use walkthroughs and observations. The results of the expert review of material validity were 97% in the very valid category and media validity was 85% in the very valid category. So that an average of 91% was obtained which was categorized as very valid. At the One-To-One Evaluation stage it involved 3 children with a result of 92% in the very practical category and at the Small Group Evaluation stage it involved 9 children with a result of 94% in the very practical category. The results from the One-To-One Evaluation stage and the Small Group Evaluation stage obtained an average of 93% which was categorized as very practical. This research only reached the Small Group Evaluation stage because it was only to see the validity and practicality of a product. Thus, it can be concluded that the spin wheel game media for group B children in Raflessia PAUD, Pangkalan Lampam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is declared valid and practical and suitable for use for learning to recognize children's number symbols.
