PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN PEKERJA PART TIME TERHADAP PRESTASI AKADEMIK
This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation on the academic achievement of Mechanical Engineering Education students who work part-time. Learning motivation is an important factor that can affect students' academic outcomes, especially for those who must balance their time between studies and work. This research employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Mechanical Engineering Education students who work part-time at Sriwijaya University. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between learning motivation and students' academic achievement. Students with high learning motivation tend to have better academic performance compared to those with low learning motivation. These findings have important implications for the university to consider strategies that can enhance the learning motivation of students, particularly those who work part-time, to achieve optimal academic performance.
