PENGARUH PERSEPSI TENTANG KESEJAHTERAAN GURU DITINJAU DARI PROGRAM PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH DENGAN PERJANJIAN KERJA (PPPK) TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This research aims to prove whether or not there is an influence of perceptions about teacher welfare in terms of the Government Program with a Work Agreement (PPPK) on interest in becoming a teacher among Economic Education Students at FKIP Sriwijaya University. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative type of research. The population in this research is students from the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University Class 2020-2023, totaling 341 students. Sampling used Proportionate Startified Random Sampling and the sample used was 184 students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Test the validity of the instrument using the Product Moment formula and test reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the research show that teacher welfare data is in the sufficient category with an average percentage of 68.13% and interest in becoming a teacher shows an average percentage of 74.92% in the sufficient category. The t-test results show that Tcount ≤ Ttable = 0.665 ≤ 1.97 so HO is accepted and Ha is rejected and the Determinant Coefficient shows a result of only 0.24%, it can be concluded that there is no influence on perceptions about teacher welfare in terms of the Government Employee program with a Work Agreement (PPPK) regarding the interest in becoming a teacher for Economic Education Students at FKIP Sriwijaya University. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that future researchers will look for other factors outside this research that influence teacher welfare, especially looking at the PPPK program.
