This research aims to determine the development of the lives of the Javanese transmigrant community in Suka Maju Village in 1979-2022. The research method used is qualitative historical descriptive. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis technique with triangulation steps. The research results show that the lives of the Javanese transmigrant community in Suka Maju village over the last 43 years have experienced many changes in the economic, social and cultural fields. This change can be seen from the type of work that was originally a rice and secondary crop farmer, developing into a rubber and oil palm farmer. Management of rubber and oil palm plantations is an indicator of economic success for transmigrants. Social conditions seen from the demographics of the population decreased by 70% in 1998 compared to 1979 due to conflict and misunderstanding. However, communication, mutual cooperation and mutual respect between religious communities are getting better as time goes by. Cultural conditions brought from the land of Java, for example the brobosan tradition, which still exists today and is even followed by the indigenous Sekayu tribe in the advanced village. Keywords: Transmigration, socio-economic-culture, Suka Maju Village 1979- 2022
