Transportation has an important role in supporting the economic growth rate and as a pillar for national economic development. Currently in Palembang City, several toll roads have been built, one of which is the Palembang - Kayu Agung Toll Road with a length of 42.5 Km which is part of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. One factor that has an influence on the flow of traffic on the toll road is the service time given to toll road users when they are at the toll gate.
