Teaching factory is a learning model based on the production of goods/services. This research aims to prove the influence of the teaching factory program on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The population in this study was all class XI Hospitality Accommodation at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang and the sample in this study was 31 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the data obtained from the teaching factory program and interest in entrepreneurship are categorized as good with a percentage of 82% for the teaching factory program questionnaire and 80% for the interest in entrepreneurship questionnaire. Data analysis using the t-test shows that tcount = 4.125 ≥ ttable = 2.045, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the teaching factory program on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang of 29.86% . Students are expected to always take part in teaching factory learning properly and correctly in order to improve their skills in production activities, which is one of the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship.
