This study aims to analyze product development in the form of Student Worksheets oriented to Science Process Skills, biodiversity materials, sub-materials classification of living things in class X high school students that are valid and practical and can be used in learning activities. This type of research is a development research with a limited ADDIE development model with the stages of Analyze, Design, and Development. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in grade X of SMA Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. This study was conducted in a small group trial with research subjects as many as 12 students in class X. Determination of research samples using purposive sampling techniques. The validity of student worksheets is obtained through validity tests with material expert validators and media expert validators with validity results using the calculation of the Kappa coefficient obtained a value of 1 and a perfect category. Student worksheets are also declared practical based on practicality scores by students by 92.4% and by teachers by 86.6% which are categorized as very practical. Based on the results of the study, student worksheets oriented towards science process skills on biodiversity material, sub-material classification of living things are categorized as valid and practical.
