This research aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students in class VC at SDN 02 Indralaya Utara regarding innovative learning media. The research develops a Pop-up Book instructional media on the topic of the Human Respiratory System and assesses the validity and practicality of the developed media. The research employs the research and development method with the ADDIE model, involving the Analyze, Design, Development, and Implementation stages. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The developed product is validated by three validators, a media expert, a subject matter expert, and a learning practitioner, yielding highly valid results. The media expert validation achieves a percentage of 91.6%, categorized as highly valid; the subject matter expert validation attains a percentage of 97.2%, also falling into the highly valid category. The validation by the learning practitioner scores 100%, categorized as extremely valid. The first implementation with VC class students yields highly practical results with a percentage of 97%, while the second implementation obtains a percentage of 99.07%, both falling into the highly practical category. Based on the validation and implementation results, it can be concluded that the developed Pop-up Book instructional media is highly valid and practical for use in the learning process.
