Analysis of skills in using capital letters and punctuation in writing registration forms for continuing school to the next level by class VI students at SD Negeri 05 Indralaya. This research aims to describe the use of capital letters and punctuation marks in filling out school registration forms for the next level of education by class VI C students at SD Negeri 05 Indralaya. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data is collected through observation and documentation. The documentation results of filling out the form show that there were 154 errors in the use of capital letters in class VI C overall, with a percentage of 18.5% in the very good category. The errors in using capital letters that were found were 59 code A errors with a percentage of 38% in the good category, 2 code B errors with a percentage of 1.2% in the excellent category, and 26 code C errors with a percentage of 16% in the good category. Once, code D errors were 37 errors with a percentage of 24% in the good category, and finally, code E errors were 30 errors with a percentage of 19% in the very good category. Meanwhile, the results of the documentation on the use of punctuation marks in class VI C overall were 34 errors, with an error percentage of 35% in the good category. The errors in using punctuation that were found were 22 errors in code 2 with a percentage of 64% in the bad category, and code 5 errors in the amount of 12 errors with a percentage of 35% in the good category.
