This research uses the stages of research in the Alessi and Trollip development model which consists of three stages, namely planning, designing, and development. Qualitative data in this study were collected through interview techniques. Meanwhile, quantitative data was collected through questionnaire techniques for Indonesian language teachers and students of Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. At the planning stage, the researcher conducts an analysis of the needs and objective conditions by involving teachers and learners. The results of interviews and needs analysis show that teaching materials in the form of e-modules by integrating digital technology are needed. The results of the analysis of learning objective conditions for writing argumentation texts show that the teaching materials used by students and teachers are still not optimizing existing digital technology, so that learning is still classified as conventional. The design phase in this study produces flowcharts and storyboards and also the collection of learning materials and preparation of learning implementation plans. After that, the product is developed and validated by experts.
