PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR KIMIA DASAR KIMIA ORGANIK BERBASIS STEM PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN KIMIA
ABSTRACT This study is A developmental research aimed at producing Basic Chemistry instructional materials based on the STEM Problem Based Learning approach focused on Organic Chemistry that are valid and practical for chemistry education students. The development methodology adapts a modified ADDIE framework, exploring three crucial stages: analysis, design, and development. The formative evaluation applied, according to the Tessmer approach, includes critical stages such as expert review, one-to-one interaction, and limited research up to the small group stage. The results of the expert review stage for design validation obtained an average score of 0.90 with a high category, pedagogical validation obtained an average score of 0.92 with a high category, and material validation obtained an average score of 0.95 with a high category. The practicality test results using qualitative data from walkthroughs and the average practicality in the one-to-one stage obtained a score of 0.96 with a very high category, as well as the small group stage obtained an average score of 0.98 with a very high category. Based on these evaluation results, it is indicated that the Basic Chemistry instructional materials based on STEM Problem Based Learning for Organic Chemistry have met the criteria of validity and practicality.
