PENGARUH POLA KOMUNIKASI DAN KEADAAN FISIOLOGIS TERHADAP PERILAKU TEMPER TANTRUM PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI KELURAHAN TIMBANGAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Research on temper tantrum behavior in early childhood has been conducted to determine the effect of communication patterns and physiological conditions on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in early childhood (4-6 years) in Timbangan Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. Data analysis is done through the calculation of t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. The results of this study show tcount -2.056 with a significance of 0.043 so that there is a significant influence between communication patterns on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in early childhood (4-6 years) in Timbangan Subdistrict, the percentage of influence given is 5.42%. Furthermore, tcount 7.678 with a significance of 0.000 means that there is a significant influence between physiological conditions on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in early childhood (4-6 years) in Timbangan Subdistrict, the percentage of influence given is 44,86%. The effect is known if the communication pattern between parents and children is getting better or functional, then the chances of temper tantrum behavior in children will decrease, and vice versa. Meanwhile, if the physiological state which includes fatigue, hunger, and pain in children is getting higher, then the chances of temper tantrum behavior in children will also increase, and vice versa. The influence of communication patterns and physiological conditions on temper tantrum behavior in early childhood (4-6 years) in this study is expected to be the best education in dealing with the occurrence of tantrums in children in social life for various parties such as parents, educators, teachers, related agencies (early childhood education institutions, women's institutions, counseling and socialization institutions, health institutions), and others.
