This research aims to describe the Id, ego, and super ego of the characters in the drama script Opname by Asmawati and their implementation in literature teaching. This research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods. The theory used in this research is personality theory by Sigmund Freud.The data collection technique in this research is reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this research show that the character Tiur has three personality structures, namely 3 IDs, 2 egos, and 2 super egos. The character Astra has three personality structures, namely 2 IDs, 1 ego, and 3 super egos. The character Geby has two personality structures, namely 2 IDs and 1 ego. The character Mario has one personality structure, namely 1 ID. The results of this research show that there is more ID data than ego and super ego. The results of this research can have implications for teaching Indonesian literature in the material of studying the characteristics of linguistic elements and rules in drama texts in the form of scripts or stage practices.
