One of the factors that can influence career maturity is parental support. This research aims to determine the relationship between parental support and student career maturity at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. This research is a quantitative correlational research method with a research sample of 62 people determined using a saturated sampling technique, because the research population is 62 people, which means less than 100. The data collection method in this research is in the form of a scale of parental support and a scale of career maturity obtained through the deployment of instruments. Data analysis in this research uses Pearson product moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that class Then the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.657 and sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 or > 0.05, which means there is a positive relationship between parental support and student career maturity at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. It can be concluded that the higher the parental support, the higher the student's career maturity. Likewise, the lower the parental support, the lower the student's career maturity. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for further research. Keywords : Parental Support, Career Maturity
