PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PUSH, PULL, AND SLIDE BOOK PADA MATERI PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGBIAKAN MAKHLUK HIDUP KELAS III SDN 1 PULAU GEMANTUNG ILIR

This study aims to describe: 1) the needs of teachers and grade III students of Public Elementary School 1 Pulau Gemantung Ilir ; 2) the results of the development of Push, Pull, and Slide Book media on the material Growth and Breeding of Living Things; and 3) Results of the feasibility test of Push, Pull, and Slide Book media, 4) Results of the practicality test of media developed in class III Learning Growth and Breeding of Living Things. This research is a development research (R&D) using 4 stages in the ADDIE Model, namely the Analysis Stage, Design Stage, Development Stage, and Application Stage. The conclusions obtained from this study are 1) teachers and students in grade III need innovative media in science learning that can stimulate student curiosity and provide a pleasant atmosphere in learning so that learning objectives can be achieved; 2) Media Push, Pull, and Slide Book is designed using Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop applications and printed square shapes on Ivory paper with a book thickness of 2 cm; 3) validation results from media experts, obtained 92.5%, validation results from material experts, obtained 97.23%, and results from learning practitioners, obtained 97.36%, recapitulation results from the three validations are 96% then media Push, Pull, and Slide Book is a very valid category. 4) Meanwhile, based on the results of small group trials, 95.6% were obtained, the results of large group trials were 91.5%, and the recapitulation results of the two trials were 92.67%, so the Push, Pull, and Slide Book media was included in the very practical category.
