This research aims to determine the influence of the Student Executive Board (BEM) FKIP Korwil Palembang organization on the social attitudes of Sriwijaya University FKIP students. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The method used in sampling is Non Probability Sampling with Purpose Sampling (Saturated Sampling) technique, where in sampling the entire population is sampled, totaling 58 people. To collect data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in the research are validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the research show that there is an influence between the BEM FKIP Korwil Palembang organization on the social attitudes of Sriwijaya University FKIP students. This is proven by the results of the partial test (t-test) showing the significance value of the BEM organization is 0.004
