RANCANG ULANG ANTARMUKA HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DENGAN METODE DESIGN THINKING (STUDI KASUS: PT. MITRA SOLUSI TELEMATIKA).
Human Capital Management System (HCMS) is a digital solution that helps Human Resources (HR) departments automate and improve the efficiency of various processes related to employee management. At PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST), HCMS has been in use for the past three years. However, the interface used has looked outdated and does not meet the expectations of users, especially the younger generation who are dominant as the main users. Therefore, this research aims to redesign the HCMS interface using the Design Thinking method. This research was conducted with the aim of improving user experience, updating the interface, and making HCMS easier to use for more than 100 MST employees. By using the Design Thinking method, this research is expected to produce a simpler, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interface, thus increasing the attractiveness and ease of use of HCMS.
