PERBANDINGAN EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE LAYANAN APLIKASI SHOPEEPAY DAN GOPAY MENGGUNAKAN METODE MECUE QUESTIONNAIRE 2.0
Currently, the pace of development of information technology is very rapid and fast, including in Indonesia itself. It is also influential in the world of finance, which is currently known as a digital wallet. With the implementation of this digital wallet, people's lives have become more convenient, including being able to order transportation, order food, pay for groceries, and much more just by using their mobile phones. There are many digital wallets in Indonesia, including popular with the public, namely ShopeePay and GoPay. User experience (UX) is currently considered the main key that determines the success or failure of a product, which most products use. Today, developers and designers are vying to create a positive user experience and avoid negative user impressions relying on data sets that represent users' opinions of products. Therefore, this study intends to evaluate the application, as well as compare the user experience between the two applications in this study, namely ShopeePay and GoPay. The method used is the meCUE Questionnaire 2.0, which consists of 5 modules and 10 indicators with 34 statement items. From the research that has been done produces values for each application in each indicator. ShopeePay gets the highest value on the Usability indicator at 6.05 and the lowest value on Negative Emotions at 2.05. While GoPay gets the highest value on the Usability indicator which is 6.04 and the lowest value on the Negative Emotions indicator which is 2.18. As for Overall Evaluation or overall value, ShopeePay gets a value of 3.8 while GoPay gets a value of 4.2.
